You may exchange or return a product within 14 days of receipt, inside Kuwait.
Product condition
The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
Original packaging
The product must be returned with its full original packaging, accessories and tags, undamaged.
Invoice
The original purchase invoice must be presented for any exchange or return.
Branch exchange
Exchange or return is handled through the branch or by contacting customer service to arrange it.
Excluded items
Some discounted or customised items may not be eligible for exchange or return.
