1. Return Eligibility
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition with tags attached.
2. How to Return
Contact our customer service at info@piccadillykw.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions. Pack the items securely and ship them to our returns address.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend ordering the new item before returning to ensure availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
